In collaboration with MoMA, this Writing Club welcomes writer and artist Ladan Osman to facilitate a writing workshop in response to selected photography on view in New Photography 2023, an exhibition focusing on the vibrant art community flourishing in the port city of Lagos (Èkó)—commercial capital of Nigeria, and one of the most populous cities on the African continent. This workshop takes place in person at MoMA.
For this session, we kindly request all participants and staff to wear masks while in the Museum; complimentary face masks are available.

American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation and CART captioning is available for public programs upon request with two weeks’ advance notice. MoMA will make every effort to provide accommodation for requests made with less than two weeks’ notice. Please contact to make a request for these accommodations.
